THE GRIND exists to help people understand, recognise, verify against and defend themselves from fraud and social engineering. It is not law enforcement, a bank, a regulator, or a provider of legal, financial or emergency advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use THE GRIND to plan, enable, facilitate or carry out fraud, to request or trade stolen data or credentials, to target or harass victims, to dox anyone, or to recruit for criminal activity. Content is provided for awareness and defence.

No guarantee

Tools such as Red Flag Radar and Scam Check provide pattern-based, educational assessments. They do not prove that something is or is not a scam. Never rely on a single tool for a financial decision.

Content and sources

Threat profiles and case files label the quality of their sources and their verification status. Claims may be verified facts, allegations, investigative findings or unresolved. Always check the sources.
